Somewhere

Sorry it's been a while. After recovering from the crazy virus I had I have been completely self indulgent (not to mention completely broke) and have done absolutely nothing for a week. I plan to use the next two weeks of my break to work on a theory assessment due the first day back.

Speaking of self indulgent, I went to the premier of Eclipse, because I'm cool like that. The movies are improving, but I know most of you wont believe me. They are still cringe worthy but if you are a fan of the books it's nice to know that the film versions are becoming ever so slightly less embarrassing. Ha, what am I talking about?

I am currently reading Life of Pi by Yann Martel. Enjoying it a lot so far, it's been a while since I've had the time to read and it's lovely. Also, the trailer for Sophia Coppola's new film is out and it looks delightful. I am a huge fan of her movies and own them all. I'm sure I'll enjoy the new one, Somewhere, when it comes out. And I must quickly brag about a bargain I scored on a recent trip home to Matamata. I got these Keds and a book for a dollar! Oh, Auckland. You think your op shops are shit hot - you have no idea.
