Pancakes
A couple of weeks ago Polly invited me over for a pancake breakfast! They are one of the things I can never be bothered making (true, I have never been bothered to even attempt them) so I was over at hers in a flash. Now, I'm pretty unadventurous when it comes to toppings, sticking with maple syrup and butter. I've done the lemon and sugar and the ice cream/syrup combo but keep coming back to my tried and true.

Lemon and sugar! my oh my it is the best. But those ricotta pancakes had a pile of fresh fruit on top and that to was by golly gosh to good!
